This data is used only for technical purposes – to ensure the proper functioning and security of the website and to investigate possible security incidents.

Marketing.

Creating a profile.

The statistical data of website visitors can be accessed by Finora Bank’s marketing and IT departments, including cooperation partners who provide the data processor with the website’s internal management tools or host the website, who are responsible for analyzing and supplementing the website’s data.

The Google Analytics tool is provided by Google Inc (a United States company), which has access to the statistical data collected by this tool. Google Inc has joined the EU and US Privacy Shield list of principles of the EU and US Privacy Shield data protection framework, which ensures that what is offered meets the privacy standards required by the European Union. The service provider is also subject to contractual obligations aimed at ensuring privacy, which can be found here.

Data retention period.
Finora Bank uses the collected statistical data for analyzes for up to three years.

The rights of the consumer and the resolution of his complaint.

The customer has the right to request access to his personal data, its correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, if applicable. If, in the opinion of the customer, his right to privacy has been violated, it is possible to send a complaint with the corresponding content to the Processor’s general email or phone number, which will be resolved within 10 working days.
