CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and execute hands-on sales initiatives for business financing products such as loans, leasing, factoring and other additional new coming products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active cold-calling, expanding the client base, and enhancing market presence.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Proactively identify needs and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other forums to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Manage the financing project from initiation to closing, ensuring adherence to project timelines, milestones, and deliverable.

What will help you succeed?

  • Hands-on sales management experience in B2B financial industry; working with business financing products such as loans, leasing, and factoring (great advantage).
  • Understanding of financial products.
  • Excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Pro-active and results-driven mindset with a history of achieving sales targets.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the clients.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication in both Estonian and English.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and continuous learning mindset.
  • Credit risk awareness.
