What will you be doing?
- Prepare and manage regulatory reporting to the Bank of Lithuania and other supervisory institutions, including FINREP, IRRBB, Asset Encumbrance, and other required reports.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external reporting processes across Bank and Group level.
- Collect, structure, validate, and reconcile financial and risk data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory reporting requirements in line with ECB, Bank of Lithuania, and other applicable frameworks.
- Investigate data discrepancies, resolve inconsistencies, and coordinate follow-ups with relevant teams.
- Contribute to budgeting, financial planning, and capital-related topics, including capital data preparation and reporting.
- Support investor-related materials by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
- Continuously improve reporting processes, data flows, and documentation in response to regulatory changes and efficiency needs.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Risk, and IT teams to ensure smooth data flows and high-quality reporting outputs.
- Take a hands-on approach where needed — from data handling to report preparation and process improvement.
What will help you succeed?
- 2–4+ years of experience in financial reporting, regulatory reporting, risk, or data analysis within banking or financial services.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g. FINREP, Basel III/IV, CRR, IRRBB) is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of IFRS and general accounting principles in banking is a plus.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking — you understand data, not just process it.
- High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership over accuracy and deadlines.
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple systems.
- Structured, proactive, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Strong Excel skills (experience with automation or data tools is an advantage).
- Comfort working across Finance, Risk, and IT areas.
- Reliable under pressure, especially during reporting cycles.
- Willingness to be hands-on and solve problems, not just execute tasks.
- Fluency in English.
