What will you be doing?
- Drafting and reviewing loans, leasing, factoring and other financial product agreements with the clients and consultations for the sales team.
- Coordinating pledges, mortgages, and other notarial transactions with notary offices and clients.
- Advising the sales team on various legal issues related to customer projects.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts with service providers, drafting power of attorneys.
- Advising bank management in debt collection processes.
- Answering institutional inquiries, etc.
What will help you succeed?
- 2-3 years work experience in the notary office (preferred) or finance institution.
- Degree in Law.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible, proactive, and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure.
