MANAGEMENT REPORTING MANAGER

What will you be doing?

  • Design and deliver insightful internal reports for management and the board, including specialized team reports
  • Lead the selection and implementation of a BI solution, ensuring it meets our banking needs effectively
  • Develop and refine profitability analyses to guide strategic decision-making
  • Oversee the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Build and manage a comprehensive budgeting system, facilitating accurate forecasting and financial planning
  • Collaborate with various departments to align financial strategies with corporate objectives
  • Innovate and improve financial processes and systems for greater efficiency and clarity
  • Serve as a key partner to CFO, providing analytical support and strategic insights
  • Participate in the strategic planning and execution of financial initiatives

What will help you succeed?

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is highly advantageous
  • At least 5 years of experience in management reporting, finance, or a similar role, preferable within the banking, fintech, or financial services industry
  • A proven ability to implement BI tools and systems, with a strong understanding of data analysis and financial modeling
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the aptitude to articulate complex financial data to stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinking capability, with a knack for identifying opportunities for financial optimization and risk management
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
  • A collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively in team environments and independently
  • Fluency in Estonian and English
