What will you be doing?
- Executing daily factoring operations: verifying invoices, managing reserves, handling settlements, and processing financing advances.
- Carrying out client payments according to signed factoring, leasing, and loan agreements.
- Reviewing submitted documentation for accuracy and compliance (invoices, sales contracts, etc.).
- Supporting KYC/AML processes in collaboration with compliance and legal teams.
- Acting as a key contact point for corporate clients and guiding them through operational processes.
- Reconciling factoring accounts and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting in the rollout of new factoring and receivables financing products.
- Proactively supporting automation and improvements in operational workflows.
What will help you succeed?
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in banking operations, corporate finance, or receivables management.
- Familiarity with factoring or other structured working capital products is a strong advantage.
- Accuracy, strong numerical and time management skills.
- Good command of MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and a good command of English (spoken and written).
