PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
What will you be doing?
- Lead the end-to-end financial products development lifecycle in Estonia and Lithuania, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution. Coordinate project resources, communicate project updates, and address any challenges or issues that arise during the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify financial market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate with risk management and compliance to ensure that products comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. Mitigate potential risks associated with new product introductions and monitor ongoing compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps.
- Work closely with sales, risk, legal, operations, marketing, and technology to translate product vision into tangible features and user experiences.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product offerings.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and marketing plans.
- Monitor product performance, analyse user data, and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
- Stay up-to-date with financial industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
What will help you succeed?
- Bachelor’s degree in product/service innovation, business, business development, finance, or a related field.
- Proven 3+ years of experience in product/service management in the banking, finance or fintech industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Great communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of product development methodologies and agile frameworks.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and tools.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing products/services.
- Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Estonian or Lithuanian and English.
