What will you be doing?
- Prepare and validate daily, monthly, and quarterly risk and regulatory reports (including CAR, Tier 1, CET1, LR).
- Monitor compliance with capital adequacy and leverage requirements in line with ECB and local regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of supervisory reports (e.g., COREP).
- Collect, structure, and validate risk and financial data from various internal systems and teams.
- Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate follow-up actions to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct daily analysis of capital and risk exposures, provide insights into movements and trends.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes, data flows, and automation.
- Collaborate closely with Risk, Finance, and IT departments to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.
- Support the development and documentation of internal reporting procedures and controls.
- Participate in ad-hoc risk analysis or investigations when needed.
What will help you succeed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in risk management, regulatory reporting, or a similar analytical role in banking or financial services.
- Understanding of capital adequacy concepts and regulatory frameworks (CAR, Tier 1, CET1, Leverage Ratio; Basel III/CRR/ECB guidelines) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- High proficiency in MS Excel (experience with automation tools or data analysis tools is a plus).
- Strong sense of accountability, structured work style, and ability to manage deadlines independently.
- Fluency in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus).
