Senior Lawyer (Vilnius)

What will you be doing?

• Creating and maintaining standard form of client’s agreements (leasing, credit, factoring, pledge, mortgage, surety agreements).
• Establishing processes that minimize the need for extensive legal support in handling routine tasks.
• Helping and advising on ensuring good corporate governance in a bank.
• Providing daily legal advice on various commercial, marketing, and regulatory law issues.
• Researching and evaluating legal issues and risk factors and providing strategic advice to businesses.
• Providing business-oriented practical advice and risk mitigation strategies.
• Keeping up with market developments, proactively contributing ideas, and working closely with other lawyers, internal and external stakeholders.
• Contributing to various legal projects by collecting and organizing information, tracking important deadlines.

What will help you succeed?

• Previous experience of at least 5 years as a lawyer.
• Previous work experience in banking or in the financial sector is beneficial.
• Experience or knowledge in the field of commercial and contractual law.
• A master’s degree in law.
• Ability to work operationally with different tasks on several projects and with complex assignments.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
