Recruitment Cycle Management:

  • Assisting hiring managers in defining job requirements and creating job advertisements.
  • Posting job ads on relevant platforms and conducting initial candidate screenings.
  • Coordinating interview processes and conducting reference checks.
  • Preparing and sending job offers and managing onboarding processes.

Recruitment Strategy Implementation:

  • Conducting training sessions for managers on recruitment processes and interview techniques.
  • Managing employee branding activities such as participating in fairs and designing advertisements.
  • Supporting social media and LinkedIn accounts.

Documentation Handling:

  • Managing contract amendments and facilitating on-offboarding processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to recruitment and onboarding.

New Culture Implementation Support:

  • Introducing and fostering traditions to promote a positive company culture.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in office environment and implementing necessary changes.

Prioritization and Multitasking: Efficiently prioritizing tasks and handling multiple responsibilities.
