What will you be doing?
- Coordinate and organize Credit Committee (CC) meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and distributing relevant materials.
- Accurately record and maintain official minutes of Credit Committee meetings, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of Credit Committee decisions by verifying alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Track and follow up on the implementation of Credit Committee decisions across relevant departments.
- Confirm that all conditions set by the Credit Committee are fully met prior to the signing of any loan agreement.
- Support the credit approval workflow by liaising with credit, risk, legal, and business teams to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain organized records and documentation of credit decisions, ensuring easy access and audit-readiness.
- Identify and support opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of credit governance processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries regarding credit committee procedures, historical decisions, and documentation.
- Provide administrative support for ad hoc credit review sessions, exception handling, and delegated approval requests.
What will help you succeed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in credit administration, credit risk, credit operations, or a similar support function within banking or financial services.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, particularly in documentation and meeting coordination.
- Solid understanding of credit processes and governance within a financial institution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
