At Finora Bank, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Sales to lead our operations in Lithuania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth, building and managing high-performing sales teams, and optimizing customer journeys across various segments. If you have a strong track record in sales management, a wide network of contacts, excellent knowledge of the finance market, and international experience, we want to hear from you.


Sales Management:

  • Setting and achieving sales targets and profitability goals for the Lithuanian unit.
  • Building and leading a dynamic and motivated sales team.
  • Prioritizing team formation and development as the number one priority.
  • Leveraging your extensive network of contacts to foster strategic partnerships and drive business growth.

Team Building and Formation:

  • Selecting and forming high-performing sales teams capable of delivering exceptional results.
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to foster continuous improvement and excellence.

Analytical Knowledge:

  • Utilizing strong analytical skills to optimize sales processes and create value for the organization.
  • Demonstrating an excellent understanding of product profitability, pricing strategies, and market trends.

Innovative Tools and Technologies:

  • Harnessing innovative tools such as CRM systems, BI, AI, etc., to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with IT teams to improve sales processes and products through technological innovation.

Cycle Management:

  • Overseeing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure and beyond.
  • Implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Customer Journey and Channels:

  • Mapping out customer journeys for different segments to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize customer experiences across various channels.
  • Collaborating with marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.


  • Proven experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of the finance market and a wide network of contacts.
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to optimize sales processes and create value.
  • Clear understanding of how to leverage innovative tools and technologies to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Experience in collaborating with IT teams to improve processes and products.
  • International experience in sales or business development.
