System Integration Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Act as the bridge between business, compliance, and IT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Define and prioritize product backlog for onboarding initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make informed decisions on API architecture and system integrations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead integrations with Core Banking Systems (Probanx or similar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate integration with external registries (corporate, agricultural, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with vendors such as identity verification providers (Ondato, iDenfy, or similar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new releases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>AML &amp; Regulatory Compliance Integration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensure onboarding is secure, compliant, and scalable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Implement AML risk scoring methodologies and risk-based approaches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Embed KYC\/KYB documentation standards into onboarding flows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with PSD2, GDPR, and local banking regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with Compliance and Risk teams to maintain regulatory alignment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Banking Product Alignment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Align onboarding processes with product-specific requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bank account opening<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business loans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leasing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SEPA payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure each product launch is operationally and technically ready from onboarding perspective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stakeholder &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will work closely with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>IT and development teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance and Risk departments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business units<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>External vendors and service providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate business needs into technical requirements \u2014 and technical constraints into business decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>What will help you succeed?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience &amp; Background<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2+ years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in banking or fintech<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of end-to-end onboarding processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with Core Banking Systems (Probanx or similar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience integrating APIs and working with technical teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience implementing AML\/KYC processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working in Agile\/Scrum environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Technical &amp;
