Scalability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide strategic direction for technology enablement in close cooperation with IT leadership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead the implementation of automation initiatives to reduce manual dependency and enhance straight-through processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure systems and processes are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with long-term business growth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote disciplined adoption of digital tools, data, and AI-driven efficiency solutions where appropriate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Product &amp; Execution Integration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure operational feasibility and scalability of financial products and services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Align product implementation with process efficiency, capital discipline, and customer usability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduce structured governance for new initiatives, including clear evaluation, prioritization, and execution controls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Platform Development &amp; Partnerships Enablement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure the Bank\u2019s operational infrastructure supports partnerships, embedded finance models, and cross-border activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safeguard operational, regulatory, and financial discipline when introducing new integrations or initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive alignment and interoperability between Finora Bank and Finora Group processes and systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Governance &amp; Performance Oversight<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build a culture of ownership, execution discipline, and continuous improvement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define and monitor structural KPIs related to efficiency, automation, and processing performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide transparent reporting on operational performance, risks, and improvement initiatives to senior governance bodies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure clear escalation frameworks and decision-making accountability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>What will help you succeed?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience &amp;
