Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Define and develop the Bank\u2019s long-term technology architecture supporting lending, onboarding, compliance, accounting, and partner integrations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that systems and platforms evolve in a scalable, reliable, and well-structured manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor developments in banking technology, including cloud infrastructure, open banking, APIs, and automation tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guide technology decisions to ensure long-term sustainability and operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Systems Integration &amp; Platform Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee the development, integration, and optimization of core banking systems, lending platforms, AML\/KYC tools, accounting infrastructure, and supporting systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure high system availability, performance monitoring, and structured incident management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead initiatives to ensure high system availability through proactive performance monitoring, capacity planning, and structured incident management frameworks.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive the adoption of modern development practices across the organization, including DevOps methodologies, automated CI\/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Technology-Enabled Operations &amp; Automation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work closely with product managers and operations teams throughout the product development lifecycle to improve operational workflows through technology and automation.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Identify and prioritize opportunities to reduce manual processes, increase straight-through processing (STP), and eliminate operational inefficiencies.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that all technology solutions support efficient product delivery, operational scalability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage outsourced IT resources, development teams, and vendor relationships effectively, ensuring quality delivery, SLA compliance, and cost optimization.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive mature, well-documented, and compliant technology decisions through established governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements (DORA, PSD2, GDPR) and business objectives.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>ICT Risk, Security &amp; Regulatory Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure compliance with European regulatory frameworks including DORA, EBA ICT risk guidelines, and other relevant requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and maintain ICT risk management processes, security controls, and resilience frameworks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee incident management, penetration testing, system audits, and operational resilience exercises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support regulatory interactions related to ICT infrastructure and digital risk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>ICT Documentation &amp; Regulatory Reporting&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date ICT documentation in accordance with DORA and regulatory requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate external audits and regulatory inspections by:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintaining continuous audit readiness and evidence repositories\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing timely access to ICT systems, documentation, and personnel\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinating responses to audit findings and regulatory recommendations\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementing remediation plans and tracking closure of audit issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vendor &amp; Technology Partner Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage relationships with technology vendors, software providers, and cloud partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure outsourcing arrangements meet regulatory expectations and operational standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain oversight of third-party ICT risks and service performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>What will help you succeed?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience &amp;
