Finora Bank announces the appointment of Darius Buzys as a member of the Management Board, following approval by the Bank of Lithuania and confirmation by the Supervisory Board.
This appointment strengthens risk management representation at the Bank’s highest decision-making level and supports Finora Bank’s focus on sustainable growth. As one of the fastest-growing banks in the Baltics in 2025, the Bank continues to reinforce its governance framework in line with its growth ambitions. In addition to joining the Management Board, Darius Buzys will assume board-level oversight of the AML function.
