Finora Bank, an international bank with Estonian capital focused on business financing, is growing its leadership team. Mangirdas Kireilis, a seasoned professional in banking sales, has been appointed Head of Sales for the Baltic countries. He will also lead the Estonian branch, with approval from the Bank of Lithuania. This appointment aligns with Finora’s recent €5 million investment to grow and expand financing options for businesses in Lithuania and Estonia.
“These changes are crucial to our growth, especially with increasing demand for business financing,” said Finora Bank’s CEO Šarūnas Ruzgys. “In Lithuania and Estonia, small and medium-sized businesses often face limited financing options. Mangirdas’s experience and strategic insight will help us better support these businesses.”
Mangirdas Kireilis joined Finora Bank in the spring of 2024 as Head of Sales in Lithuania. Now, in his new international role, he will be key to expanding the bank’s reach in the region. “Small and medium-sized businesses in the Baltics face real challenges with access to financing. Many in Lithuania and Estonia lack reliable funding options. My goal is to make Finora Bank the go-to choice for business owners looking for flexible, tailored solutions,” said Kireilis.
