Finora Bank UAB Eesti Filiaal (legal entity code: 16905996, registered office: Narva mnt 5, 10117, Tallinn, Estonia) hereby informs its corporate clients that:
- Portfolio transfer
On 28 November 2025], Finora Bank UAB Eesti Filiaal and its parent company AS Finora Group concluded a portfolio transfer/assignment agreement, under which a part of the credit receivables portfolio relating to legal‑entity clients was transferred to Finora Bank UAB Eesti Filiaal. - New creditor
With effect from 28 November 2025, Finora Bank UAB Eesti Filiaal has become your creditor under the transferred credit agreements and has assumed all rights and obligations of AS Finora Group as creditor under those agreements. - Unchanged terms for clients
The terms and conditions of your credit agreements remain unchanged. The transfer does not require any action or additional consent from you and does not affect the validity or enforceability of your obligations. - Payments and communication
From 1 of January 2026 all payments and other performance under the transferred agreements must be made only to Finora Bank Eesti Filiaal, using the payment details and references indicated in the individual notice sent to you and/or on your invoices and account statements. - Legal basis
This notice is provided in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable legal acts governing transfer of claims and financial services. - Data protection
Personal data (including data of your representatives and contact persons) related to the transferred agreements is processed by Finora Bank, UAB in accordance with applicable data protection law and the Finora Bank, UAB Privacy Notice available on this website. - Contact details
