  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns that generate investor interest, meetings, and ultimately, capital commitments.
  • Lead investor meetings, follow-ups, and correspondence with precision, conviction, and professionalism.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing Lithuanian shareholders and other key stakeholders.

Pipeline Management:

  • Design and manage our CRM and investor pipeline, from first contact to converted capital.

What will help you succeed?

  • A proven track record of sales, capital attraction, business development, or opening doors to high-value clients, investors, business owners, or key decision-makers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – you are as comfortable in a boardroom or investor lunch as you are in a cold call or cold email. Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
  • You are highly organized, CRM-literate, and able to manage multiple sales conversations at various stages of the pipeline.
  • You have a full ownership mindset and a doer’s bias – you drive things forward, follow up consistently, and take responsibility for results.
