OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
What will you be doing?
- Performing client-related operations in the bank systems, i.e. client and contract data capture, maintaining and administrating updated records.
- Entering and managing data in the bank’s systems.
- Preparing client-related reports.
- Administrating depositors’ data in the bank systems, preparation of related reports.
- Ensuring that all customer-related operations are performed and followed up according to the bank’s internal regulations and forms.
- Assist other co-workers operation wise and work as a team member with other units of the bank.
What will help you succeed?
- Previous experience as an assistant or operation expert, within the fintech, financial services, or banking industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Accuracy, even when handling routine and repetitive tasks.
- Strong desire to continuously expand one’s knowledge.
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree, might be in progress.
