Junior Lawyer

Drafting and reviewing loans, leasing, and other financial product agreements with the clients and consultations for the sales team.
Coordinating pledges, mortgages, and other notarial transactions with notary offices and clients.
Drafting and reviewing contracts with service providers, drafting power of attorneys.
Administrating internal contracts and power of attorney’s registers.
Registration of information in public registers.
Advising bank management in debt collection processes.
Administrating document management system (familiarization with legal documents and their registration) and development.
Answering institutional inquiries, etc.

Degree in Law.
Work experience in the notary office or finance institution would be an advantage.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexible, proactive, and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work in a team.
