What will you be doing?
- Secretary role in the Management Board meetings.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts with clients (loans, leasing and other financial product) service providers, drafting power of attorneys.
- Coordinating notarial transactions with notary offices and clients.
- Administrating internal contracts and power of attorney’s registers.
- Registration of information in public registers.
- Advising bank management in debt collection processes.
- Administrating document management system (familiarization with legal documents and their registration) and development.
- Answering institutional inquiries, etc.
- Assisting the Compliance function in defined areas: outsourcing, vendors’ monitoring, DORA and other financial sector regulatory topics.
What will help you succeed?
- Degree in Law (final-year students may also be considered).
- Work experience in a notary office or a finance institution would be considered a strong advantage.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible, proactive, and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) – since it would be Your working language.
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks and multitasking skills.
