SENIOR CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

What will you be doing?

  • Expand the client base through strategic cold-calling, personal relationship and market presence targeting medium-sized enterprises.
  • Develop and manage frontline relationships with largest bank clients.
  • Structure credit facilities for corporate clients.
  • Identify and minimize credit risk through thorough financial analysis.
  • Achieve revenue, loan volume, and business targets.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management and banking procedures.
  • Lead proactive sales initiatives for loans, leasing, factoring, and new products.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences.
  • Manage financing projects from start to finish, adhering to timelines and milestones.

What will help you succeed?

  • University degree in Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of client relationship experience in corporate lending preferably in the banks or FinTech companies.
  • Strong credit and financial analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of lending products.
  • Proven hands-on sales management experience in the B2B financial industry, particularly with business financing products such as loans, leasing, and factoring (a significant advantage).
  • Strong understanding of financial products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset with a history of achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication in both English and Lithuanian.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and a continuous learning mindset.
  • Awareness of credit risk.
