What will you be doing?
- Develop and execute Finora’s marketing and communications strategy across both the Bank and Group level, contributing directly to taking Finora to the next stage of its development.
- Shape and strengthen Finora’s brand in a multi-stakeholder environment, including clients, partners, and investors.
- Lead external communication, including PR, media relations, and key messaging.
- Manage digital marketing (website, SEO/SEM, social media) with a clear focus on visibility and lead generation.
- Create and oversee high-quality content aligned with business priorities and positioning.
- Support investor relations and stakeholder communication initiatives.
- Coordinate sponsorships, business events, and market-facing activities.
- Ensure consistency and clarity of messaging across Lithuania, Estonia, and future markets.
- Track, analyse, and optimise marketing performance and impact.
- Manage marketing budget and ensure delivery against key objectives.
- Take a hands-on approach where needed — from content creation to campaign execution.
What will help you succeed?
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally in banking, fintech, or B2B environment.
- Proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies, not just support them.
- Strong strategic and logical thinking — you don’t just execute tasks, you understand why they matter and how they drive business results.
- Strong understanding of PR, media relations, and external communication.
- Experience with digital marketing (organic and paid) and performance tracking.
- Ability to operate in a fast-changing, growth-stage organisation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including senior management.
- Willingness to be hands-on and contribute directly, not only manage external partners.
- Structured, proactive, and able to take ownership.
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of quality and positioning.
