What will you be doing?
- Take ownership of key regulatory reporting areas: nPRDB, NSFR, ALMM, and related monthly and quarterly submissions.
- Improve the quality and clarity of reporting data and insights.
- Collaborate on the full implementation of the OneSumX solution.
- Monitor report preparation processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with reporting deadlines and internal data governance policies
- Provide analytical support and contribute to process optimization within the reporting function
- Assist with onboarding and knowledge transfer for junior staff or new joiners.
- Perform other tasks as assigned in alignment with internal policies and CRO guidance.
What will help you succeed?
- A degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Experience in financial or regulatory reporting, with an understanding of balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, CRR/CRD, EBA/ECB guidelines, and IFRS.
- Familiarity with supervisory and prudential reporting (e.g., FINREP, COREP, LCR, NSFR, LE, ALMM).
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to manage and interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling tools.
- Upper-intermediate English language skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to grow, share knowledge, and support colleagues.
